About the Event

11:00am: Speaker Jesus Vega will be presenting on 'Cyber-security for Oil and Gas.' In this presentation, Jesus will give an overview of identifying areas of risk, conducting an IT Risk Assessment, system development life cycles, as well as real life examples.

11:45am: Lunch Buffet Open

12:00pm: Speaker Jason Bollinger will be presenting on 'Discovering and Using Your Leadership Voice.'  This process of knowing yourself to lead yourself will empower you in all areas of your life as you grow in self-awareness, communication, and performance while learning metrics for how your voice is significant to the teams and organizations you are a part of. 


Jesus Vega, Manager - Risk Advosory Services, Whitley Penn   

Jason is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) who has more than 12 years of experience in the Information Technology field with the last 10 years focusing heavily on IT Security and Compliance. His experience includes implementation of IT security Tools such as Vulnerability scanners, Data Loss Prevention, Antivirus (AV), and Sandboxing Security Solutions with a focus of meeting and exceeding compliance. Additionally he has lead information security compliance and risk management activities to identify, evaluate, and address security threats.

Jason Bollinger, Capella Coaching

Jason Bollinger, the founder of Capella Coaching, is a professional Leadership Coach who specializes in helping leaders and teams maximize their performance through 1:1 coaching, group training, keynote speaking, and organizational development. He coaches individuals and teams in every sector and finds joy in helping those he works with find a higher level of both peace and performance. 

Jason is also the CEO/President of Links International, a community development non-profit organization focused on confronting poverty and creating potential through the solutions-based opportunities of community healthcare education, micro-business development, leadership training and empowerment, simple water filtration systems and much more. 

Jason has been married over twenty years to the love of his life, Holly. They have three teenage children who keep them very busy in the greater Houston area where they live.
